At Copricely, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
5. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)
- If still unresolved, email us at copricely@gmail.com
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.
